E-mail Forwarding in Cloud Hosting
If you have a cloud hosting plan with us and you create email addresses in your account, you'll be able to forward it with only a few mouse clicks to another address of your choice. The option can be enabled when you create a new mailbox or any time later and disabled just as quickly in case you change your mind. This can be done from the Hepsia Hosting Control Panel in which you will control your account. You will also have the option to choose if a duplicate of the inbound e-mails will remain on our servers or not. The benefit of this option is basically that you will always have a copy on your end if something occurs with the other mailbox or if perhaps it's not active for some reason during the time an email message is forwarded. In case the option is not enabled, a message will be received, forwarded and erased from our system no matter if the remote email address is operating or not, so it can be quite a good idea to have it active just to be on the safe side.
E-mail Forwarding in Semi-dedicated Servers
Forwarding an e-mail address hosted in our system will be very easy if you have a semi-dedicated server plan with us and will also not require you more than a couple of mouse clicks to set up. This can be done through the Emails section of the Hepsia Hosting Control Panel and you'll be able to keep an eye on the email addresses that are being forwarded and where your emails will be sent with a glance. The option is activated and deactivated for any of the email addresses inside your account. You could also enable or disable a valuable option we provide - a copy of the emails being sent through our servers can stay on the server. This way, you will also have a backup of your incoming messages and you will not need to worry about losing any info. If you keep this option deactivated, you run the risk of losing emails when there is an issue with the remote mailbox.
